Skip trace and property search using internet. Run credit reports. Reconcile accounts. Prepare and file legal court documents (writs, bank executions, wage garnishments, property liens) for small claims and represent company in small claims court. Update accounts with legal judgments & recovery efforts. Provide monthly status reports on delinquent accounts. Establish payment programs with clients. Maintain files on delinquent accounts.
