Experience: *PIP Printing September 2007 - December 2007 Title: Customer Service Representative Duties Included: Built and maintained a rapport with customers by carefully listening and understanding their every need as concerned with the services that PIP offers. Communicated with customers via phone, fax and email concerning any questions about services, products, pricing, quotes, etc. Followed through with customer projects in a timely manner from start to finish.
