EXPERIENCE McCarter & English, LLP New York, New York Main Receptionist December 2006- Present § Handles all daily activities of the office including setting up meetings, reserving conference rooms, and greeting clients. § Responsible for the attendance of all employees, documenting absences, and updating log-in book. Documenting Fed-Ex, and UPS deliveries, and keeping a schedule of all expected visitors on a daily basics. § Works very closely with supervisors in making sure all meetings are confirmed and all hospitality requests are provided.
