Objective:
Plan and manage the operations of hotels/motels to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and safety while exceeding financial goals. Interviewing, hiring, and training the staff. Working with construction crew, Marriott Corporation, and Kpartners to ensure that the hotel would be ready to open on time.

General Manager: 1 ½ years Indianapolis IN, 140 room Holiday Inn, with 5,000 sq. feet of meeting space, a restaurant, and bar. Responsible for 5 Direct Reports. Working closely with the management staff we have been able to increase revenues in 05 over 04’s total revenues.
