Risk Management Associate – Data Conversions November 2006 - Present

The Risk Management Department gives AEBN the visibility and foresight to recognize and leverage risk-related opportunities. It as well is an early warning system for monitoring and maintaining an effective internal/external audit on potential fraud on new and old accounts created with the company.

· Assisting with company processor issues i.e. multiple, unauthorized or unrecognized charges.
· Efficiently handling account chargeback disputes.
· Daily monitoring for suspicious activity / identifying and closing fraudulent accounts.
· Taking over the phone payments for accounts that have been closed due to non-payment.
· Assisting customer service reps with locating accounts.
· Having external communications with all banks in handling customer complaints or concerns
