INBOUND DIRECT / ABBE ROAD SELF-STORAGE - Sheffield, OH 1996-Present

Oversee daily operations for a successful self-storage and order
fulfillment facility with 165 units and seven buildings.

General Manager

Accountable for business development, sales, advertising /
marketing, customer relations, contract management, budgeting,
billing, collections, computer systems, accounts payables, accounts
receivables, and facility maintenance activities. Ensure state
compliance in managing delinquent tenants and the related liquidation
processes.

* Contributed to the successful launch and management of Inbound
Direct (a spin-off company) that directly stocks and markets 150+
vacuum bags varieties completely online or by telephone.

Officer and Navigator.

Major (Retired), 910th Airlift Wing (Youngstown-Warren Regional
Airport, OH)

Conducted confidential missions directly related to the safety,
sovereignty, and defense of the United States of America. Accountable
for ensuring the safe delivery of personnel and equipment while
serving as a C-130H navigator under very dangerous conditions and
acts of war including (but not limited to) Desert Storm, Sarajevo,
and Operations Iraqi Freedom. Commanded unit navigators and ensured
adherence to all written directives and flight standards. Led
training and development initiatives surrounding aircraft systems and
procedures. Responsible for preparing detailed formation briefings
and flight plans.

* Increased squadron's war-fighting capability as initial
instructor cadre for new SKE all-weather airdrop mission.

* Contributed to the first multi-national airdrop of Bahraini Royal
Army and US Army Special Forces Group.

* Known as an expert planner and lead navigator for 82nd airborne
operation involving 18 aircraft and 600+ paratroopers.

* Achieved 100% launch reliability rate of combat and combat
support sorties while serving as Joint Forge crew scheduler.

* Volunteered and manned multiple Noble Eagle missions in response
to 9/11.

* Completed numerous successful missions into Iraq and Afghanistan.

* Selected as part of a crew for a highly sensitive multinational
operation drop mission due to vast tactical navigation experience;
known as first USAF C-130 crew to execute mission of such nature.

* Served as a member of an initial cadre of instructors conducting
tactical training efforts.

* Planned and flew challenging low-level airland missions to take
the Combined Forces Afghanistan Commander into Tarin Kowtz
Afghanistan's Operating Base.

* Participated as a member of a crew that was hand-selected to fly
Secretary of State Colin Powel and LTG Sanchez into Baghdad.

* Rescued failing historical and morale project by successfully
negotiating contractor arrangements and securing reputable historical
lithographs.

* Held "Top-Secret" clearance as a Command Post Officer Controller.

* Acknowledged for "flawless mission execution" by flying airland
and airdrop missions during Alaska Cope Thunder exercise.
