PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Management/Supervisory •Managed the largest Air Force Distribution Center leading a 58-person team, forecasted, analyzed and validated logistic support for all U. S. military services in the Middle East; 5,000+ personnel supported every 4 months. •Routinely provided guidance and advice on all quality force matters to include performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, promotions, education and quality of life issues. •Coordinated Rapid Area Distribution 20 member team assistance from the U. S. Facilitated 100% inventory of over 1 million items in 37 of 60 days allotted. •Managed $40 million in supplies and equipment and $500,000 in additional materials in support of military and civilian personnel moving forward to dangerous regions of the world. •Excellent coordination and tracking skills shipping assets to and from other agencies via air, ship, etc. •Maintained standard documentation of all shipments in and out of facilities. •Identified material shortfall and procured 200 replacement items within 26 days. •Analyzed applicable reports to identify and report potential problem areas to include over stock of assets and items missing or misplaced for over 35 thousand line items valued in excess of $212 million. •Provided leadership and directorship for administrative, financial and technical aspects involving subordinates. •Consistently worked staffing issues ensuring qualified personnel were sourced and moved to positions best suited to their skills. •Coordinated efforts with other military and non-military agencies for procurement and shipment of assets to/from organizational activities in and outside the US. •Created personnel survey to ensure work environment was free of harassment and conducive to professional growth.
