Objective:

Position: As Charity Business/Organizational Developer, I conceptualized, developed and managed all life cycles of WCMA and led the organization from zero ministers, churches, ministries and charity organizations to over 1,500 ministers, churches, ministries and charity organizations consisting of more than 140,000 constituents. This position demanded self management, creative thinking and the drive and ability to execute organizational development plans and the management of staff including both volunteers and compensated staff. The ability to communicate with a milieu of leaders, staff, and members of the public was critical.

Position: As President & CEO (and Acting HR Dir.) I conceptualized, developed and managed all life cycles of this d/b/a start-up Mental Health Agency taking it from zero employees to over 130 employees and three sites within four and a half (4.5) years. I developed and managed all departments including developing policies, procedures, protocols, etc. The Clinical Services Department, Billing and Receiving Department and the Human Resources Department were three very critical departments I developed from startup.

Position: As Owner, I managed and developed this start-up mechanical engineering company to a place that became recognized by a national competitor who made me an offer I did not refuse--after only two years in operation. CFO duties, HR Generalist, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing and Cash Handling were also critical aspects of my position. This company paid my way through college.

Position: As missionary clergyman I started/developed a parish from start-up, established members and volunteers and ordained deacons and ministers. I designed and built a church building and developed community based programs.

Position: As Developer/Contractor, I conceptualized, developed and managed the development and construction of the infrastructure and the construction of a five building (10-units) Luxury Condo Resort placed on 35 acres where no utilities (of any kind) existed within a mile. I superintended contracts and contractors, site planning, the construction site, logistics, acquisitions of materials, supplies and equipment. I also worked with the Planning Board and Code Enforcement.

I also demolitioned and refurbished two ADA facilities for New Life Mission (over 10,000 sq ft)--one was a historic building.
