Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a sincere, hard-working individual looking to relocate to Lander. Currently I am a Club Manager for 24 Hour Fitness, with a record of strong leadership, developing staff and business operations. Although I have extensive experience with operational management, I love to learn and I embrace challenges. I work well with others or working autonomously. Review of my credentials will confirm that I have served in large scale leadership positions with much of my time devoted to staff development. For example, while serving as the District Fitness Manager for Colorado state I created and implemented a management trainee program. When I started in Colorado, the District had been the worst of 21districts in the company for two consecutive years. Their lack of success stemmed primarily from uncommitted, unhappy managers. The final two months I was in Colorado, we were the number one district in the company both months. The relevance to any management/ leadership position is that of developing staff, mobilizing labor, and creating an environment where people desire to be the best they can be.
Other highlights of my background that may be of interest to you include:
Service in various pastoral/ministerial positions, including starting new programs Capable of large scale leadership. Leader and manager of over 200 employees while working in CO and OR 7 years management experience Keen instincts to quickly effect change and improvement Strong leadership talents, “team player” attitude and spirit Well developed interpersonal skills--including motivating and drawing the best out of people.
I would very much appreciate the chance for a personal interview. Thank you in advance for your time.
Sincerely,
Bill Cecrle
