Manage day to day activities of employees or sub contractors, monitor all costs and maintain schedules. Provide upper management required information to monitor projects and maintain profitability.

Removing and rebuilding of wall structures, store fronts etc. Primary work by this company is the painting of the building using latex and polyurethane finishes. Each project is different and the usual time frame is several weeks to several months. My responsibility is to locate, hire and supervise contract personnel as needed.
