Objective: My objective is to expand on my level of customer service. I have much experience in the customer service field. I am able to handle multi tasks at a time, make trouble shoot decision that are both helpful for the company as well as the customer. I have excellent customer service skills in any given situation. I am able to be type 40 words per minute. Have plenty of experience with multi phone line telephones, have excellent verbal etiquette.
