Manage the duties of over 10 global representatives to ensure that awards are given to respective employees, reward rates are in alignment with business needs and that business processes are effective and efficient. Ensure the overall success of the program as well as develop indicators and reports on a quarterly basis for upper management to track the progress of the initiative.
Strategic Information Management Group: (HR Data Analyst/People Soft Report Developer) o Worked with a global team to launch the implementation of a new Data Warehouse program moving reports and employee information from People Soft to new system. Helped develop user interface for accessing various reports as well as supported the Operation Team to conduct testing of the new system. Helped develop process control documentation as well as training manuals for future users.
GS Marketing: (HR Marketing Specialist) o Updated the external webpage that markets professional level career opportunities. Added additional page focused on spotlighting current PhD employees, research-intensive campuses, employee groups and PhD job descriptions. Garnered 111 Intel PhD employee profiles for the employee “Spotlight” page. Created Sharepoint for storage of over 80 employee profiles. Developed Spotlight page web content updates for 7 months spanning from January 06’-August 06’. Delivered Personal Release forms to all profiled employees and currently tracking form submittal. o Formed PhD Focus Group including 103 current Intel PhD Employees. Developed ten-question survey to generate ideas for the Employee profile page. Results were analyzed and are being utilized in the development of the profile website. Actively engaged in the development of a PhD Network and various other professional level recruitment efforts.
o Marketed the PhD Website to 2,152 Intel PhD Employees to increase awareness and catalyze traffic via word-of-mouth. Traffic for the PhD Website tallied at 3,832 page views for September 2005; an 18% increase from the previous month.
o Managed two Intel Virtual Chat Events for Intel. (URL:http://www.intel.com/jobs/virtualevent/). Edited presentation, marketing collateral and developed web material for the event. Managed two dry sessions and coordinated the efforts of all team members, furthermore maintained communication with our Vendor (Live World) to ensure all required tasks were completed. Developed a Process Flow diagram that helped explain the event process in detail; explained the diagram during the 1st dry run session and distributed the model to all team members. The final events attracted 142 users (10-19-05) and 127 Unique Users (12-1-05).
o Met with Virtual Event interface vendor to propose modification of virtual chat process by incorporating real-time question publishing on the event interface during Q&A segment of event. This recommendation was incorporated and I received positive feedback from all stakeholders regarding this new capability.
o Provided updates to global recruiting presentations used in hiring efforts in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Strategic Information Management Group: (HR Data Management Specialist/Knowledge Architect) o Documented all of the Intel Global Staffing organization's scorecard Metrics & Indicators reports from 7 Sharepoint sites. Developed and documented a matrix maintenance system and presented my recommendations to the data management group. Furthermore, researched reports database to help identify repetitive reports to help streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
