Director, Quality, Aerosol & Specialty Packaging (2006 to 2007) Responsible for quality systems and programs at 7 manufacturing plants including process control, quality infrastructure and quality improvement. Operations included coil cutting, roller coating, lithography, component manufacturing, and assembly operations valued at over $500 million. Business units included aerosol, paint and general line and specialty container manufacturing. Established relationships at all levels, including senior management of each business unit. Directed plant quality and manufacturing personnel to improve quality levels and reduce non conformance costs. Participated in Lean manufacturing processes to enhance strategic projects. Worked with gauging and quality software partners to improve and enhance data collection systems. Managing Director, Quality Assurance, U.S. Can* (1999 to 2006) *U.S. Can was acquired by Ball Corporation in 2006. Responsible for quality systems for 12 plants with a value of $750 million.
