Provide support to Verizon employees to upload the new Encryption software to their laptops. Maintain and process users trouble tickets by creating their tickets through the Verizon Scheduler database, advise user of date and time for the encryption appointment, assign trouble ticket to the LAN Managers for both MD and CO Encryption Support Teams, correspond with the Project Managers to ensure trouble tickets are scheduled, assigned and closed. Provide technical support for any issues with the encryption software.
