Optima Health Plans: Call center enviorment, must answer phones within 25 seconds or less, discuss claims issues with policy holders, brokers and doctor offices. Answer website emails from policy holders within a 24 hour turn around. Very knowledgable understanding medical claims, reading EOB's.
