Act as the liaison between the Corporate HR Director and Facility HR Managers in a multi-state organization comprised of a total of 1,200 employees spread out over seven facilities. Reconcile benefit invoices for each of the facilities including the corporate office. Review disciplinary documentation that results in the separation of an employee from the company. Ensure that field HR Managers are complying with unemployment claim requests and assist them in contesting those claims that the company should not be charged for.
