Experience: Scorpion Capital Partners, New York, NY – Administrative August 2006-October 2007 Assistant to President, CFO, Partners and Accounting Department, responsible for ten line phone system, greeting clients, completed mass mailings and updated records accordingly. Organized travel arrangements, hotel and reservations, maintained office correspondence between clients and vendors, board meetings, times, room location, and other accommodations. General upkeep of office filing systems, and ordering supplies. Atrium Staffing Jersey City, New Jersey Beyond Basic Learning, Hoboken, New Jersey - Directors Assistant June 2005-August2006 Managed ten teachers and four classrooms, input and calculated payroll, responsible for accounting of tuition payments and other fees, organized school functions (graduations, parents night and parent/teacher meetings).
