Objective: My goal is to secure a position in Program/Project Management. Most of my work history lies with the United States Army and/or a private IT/Defense Contractor company. I have a active “SECRET clearance and I am available to start immediately.
Experience: Executive-level experience in operation management. Results driven with 20 years of combined strong consistent transition project leadership from cradle to grave. A cross-functional technical multi-tasked supervisor, limited direction within all phases of private sector companies and the United States Army offices with positive practices in compliance of DOD/FDA regulations, guidelines, policy, procedures and directives with concentration on emphasis of scientific programs, contract schedules, P&L responsibility for budgeting, market penetration, product development and rollout. Proficient in accounting control of invoicing, data presentation, margin reporting and delivering critical risk assessments.
