.Spearheaded the implementation of online image deletion testing procedure at the sheeter to reduce rejects and improve cost efficiencies ($500M/yr savings).
.Developed project analysis documents for projects totaling $1.3MM/yr in savings(automatic core cutting system, upgraded packaging lines, and retrofit of the roll handling system).
.Participated in Roll Wrapper improvement team and developed plan to address roll wrapper capacity issues. Downtime deceased by 50% and peak capacity increased 25% due to this effort.
.Developed the "Packaging Quality Improvement" program and a complaint tracking system resulting in 25% reduction in customer complaints.
