Experience: • Key role in organizing a new Organic Landscaping and Garden Supply Company • Implemented Landscaping design plans to include irrigation, beds, retaining walls, sod removal, edging, weed barriers, installing plants, and mulching • Provided delivery and installation of flagstone, rock, gravel and other pavers, mulch, compost, soils and fertilizers • Consistently ensured customers lawn was maintained to their satisfaction • Consulted with customers to fit their specific needs • Survival Training in Africa, Norway, Albania, Iraq, and the High Sierra Mountains • Computer Literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mac OSX • Provided building security and ground maintenance • Heavy Equipment operator to include: HMMWV, commercial dump truck, forklift, and tractor • Conducted classes in various military subjects • Provide direct care, supervision, and guidance to behaviorally, emotionally, and psychologically disturbed youth • Assist in the development and revision of residents comprehensive treatment plans • Oversee and provide consistent implementation of the individualized treatment plans • Verbal/Non-verbal, Non-Physical/Physical therapeutic crisis intervention, medication administration • Provide and display appropriate socialization techniques
