Objective:
I am seeking a data entry or clerical job for more experience in the field.
Experience:
1999-2002 I worked at Hy-Vee as a Customer Service Representative the major jobs that I worked were Cashing payroll checks, Accepting phone, water and cable bills, Answering phones and took customer complaints
2002-2003 I worked at Promotion Support Services I was a Transcriptionist and did data entry for credit reports. Another task there was taking calls for infomercials. I was ranked first for WPM when I left the company.
2003 to present I work at Advanced Document Conversion, here I am part of the indexing team. I do data entry for many hospitals and counties across the midwest. I also use Quality Control to check if everything is accurate. Importing and Exporting is also a big part of my job.
Education:
I graduated with a diploma from North Scott High School in 2002. Since then I have been working full time jobs and will be going back to school in 2005 for business administration.
Skills:
In high school I took all the computer classes including classes on: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. At my current job I use Paperflow,Imageview and Excel daily.
