Experience: Assistant Nurse Manager - CTICU Cleveland Clinic Man Campus in Cleveland, Ohio (Present employment) Supervision of 65 registered nurses and other ancillary staff members in 2 Cardio-thoracic Intensive Care Units. Responsibilities include but are not limited to bed control of 20 patient beds, scheduling of staff members, QI reporting (chart audits, JCAHO readiness), staff in-services and performance evaluations, as well as other responsibilities assigned by the Nurse Manager. • Demonstrates actions and behaviors that place patient needs at the core of all decisions, functions and actions.
