Analyze and book Intercompany transmittals, which represent an invoice, to and from a Chevron Entity. Record post closing entries affecting the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts. Reconcile and analyze imbalances to monitor the movement of Intercompany balances through the XR reporting tool in SAP. Trace and escalate outstanding Intercompany imbalances and coordinate with trading partners in resolving the same. Prepare financial schedules for external auditors. Maintain a strong internal control environment and keeping intercompany process documentation up to date.
