safety and loss prevention department that had no structure
or procedures. Developed and implemented internal
workplace safety and loss prevention programs that reduced
employee injuries and vehicle crashes for 35 company
locations.

* Reassigned to a new territory covering East Tennessee
and Western/Middle Kentucky that had a high rate of
injuries; retrained approximately 285 employees and
