Experience: Booz Allen Hamilton 01/2006 – Current Associate, III Led efforts to map/assess decentralized Intel client software acquisition/management processes. Recommended centralized end-to-end information technology asset management (ITAM) process, to include hardware process for economy of scale. Also, recommended the facilitation of key process stakeholders to develop strategic plans to implement/manage the new process.
Developed white paper and coordinated project plan/schedule for combined Intel client and multi-contractor based project to address tactical software acquisition/management needs. These recommendations extended the support provided to the client by $300K. Currently serving as the team lead and providing oversight of project initiatives to assure timely delivery of quality deliverables.
Proactively facilitated Intel client Branch Chief into understanding the need for and developing a strategic plan to determine and communicate the branch’s scope to integrate hardware/software procurement functions and leverage economies of scale.

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) 07/1993 – 09/2003 Process Improvement Coordinator, Community of Interest Leader, Internal Auditor, Configuration Manager As a process improvement coordinator, led an effort that successfully achieved Level 2 of the People CMM. Drove for corporate-wide institutionalization of People CMM practices. Began leading efforts toward Level 3; established a foundation of basic workforce practices to develop the workforce and eliminate problems that hinder work performance; coordinated project and HR process improvement efforts; and created/maintained a Microsoft Access training database to track training requirements.
