2001 – 2003. General Manager, Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern, Mall of Louisiana, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Overhauled restaurant, in all aspects, to become profitable and more efficient. Successfully achieved and maintained double-digit sales growth for three consecutive years and improved our store EBITDA to a consistent 10%. Created marketing strategy to increase sales and expand the clientele in the Baton Rouge area. Supervised managers and their duties. Developed and trained future and current managers to become general managers.
Career Highlights: Was a two-time award winner for General Manager of the Year for 2002 and 2003. Was also awarded Best in Show for both years due to showing outstanding results in: increasing guest counts, sales, and profits over prior year.
