As a husband and wife property management team our duties will include preparation of recently vacated apartments for tenancy as required. Maintain property grounds and all other amenities available. Handle rents and deposits in a professional manner. Provide property owner with a monthly report listing time and date of all procedures and work performed other than the required daily routine.
Experience:
Currently, and for the last two years Alissa has been overseeing the properties of the Alan Johnson family of Long Beach, CA. As property manager her scope of work includes collection of rental payments, providing tenants with prompt response to any maintenance needs that may occur, and assisting Tim Johnson, (the son of Alan), with the property banking and financial obligations.
Currently, and for ten years Louis has been providing maintenance and remodeling services for two families. Betty Jean Forest of Lakewood, CA and Bob and Cathy Siler of Cypress, CA. Projects completed by Louis include a second story room addition, (Mrs. Forest’s art studio), with an outdoor deck, stairs and awning cover. For the Siler’s, Louis redesigned their very large back yard with a custom veranda, walkways, split level patios, and flower beds. Louis installed entire lawn sprinkling systems and maintains all repairs required. And routinely repaints as needed at both locations.

Education: As a full time student, Alissa attended Long Beach City College. Intending to gain an associates degree in the future, Alissa has completed two semesters thus far. Her studies center around Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Law, Property Management and Economics. A Bellflower High School graduate, class of 1986.
Louis graduated from High School in Arizona, class of 1972. Attending Arizona Western College from 1980 through 1982 and receiving an Associates Degree, Louis studied Architecture, Art and Design. Following graduation his Art teacher invited Louis to join the faculty replacing his former teacher as the new instructor.

Alissa is very computer literate and has vast internet skills. She is familiar with all types of office equipment and has bookkeeping knowledge. Alissa is very charming and has a way with people. Everyone she meets takes an immediate liking to her. Public interaction with assertiveness is one of Alissa’s finer points.
Louis has over twenty years of experience designing, (computer generated plans and traditional board drawings), residential remodels, shopping center I.D., storefronts. Louis also has the experience to construct projects that he designs. And the ability to maintain them well into the future. He knows how to use all power and hand tools safely. Interior and exterior painting are of his finest skills.
