Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining all production equipment for the production of ENBREL. In charge of supervising multi-level technicians with the scheduling, planning, and delegating of all work order assignments following all GMP and CGMP practices, Writing, Reviewing and Approving of SOPS and Job Plans to ensure accuracy. On call to provide immediate support to all emergency and troubleshooting issues that may arise. Maintaining and improving the Bio-now AND Bio next facilities procedures. Working with the RSO'S in the kitting of spare parts for various pieces of equipment, tag identification, and recommendations on ways to improve procedure. Hold a current training percentage of 90+ % for approximately 700 different procedures. Provides training and guidance to junior technicians acting as a System Matter Expert on numerous systems to expand upon their knowledge of the facility and their mechanical ability thus resulting in interdepartmental growth/success.
