Objective:
To obtain a Supervisor or Management in Quality Control position allowing me to apply my skills, training and experience from previous positions.

Quality Supervisor 2004 to Present
Assists in the project team development by providing input and key information, which would lead to the success of the project œ Provide leadership to the QA/QC staff in the execution of Quality audits throughout the FOB, which include but are not limited to the quality of work, subcontractor performance, and construction compliance œ Evaluate services executed for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality œ Advises management team of status, impacts, risk and compliance issues œ Monitor and implement safety rules and regulations to include coaching for improvement. Perform regular quality control inspections and audits to Standard Operating Procedures, Statements of Work and Subcontractor contracts with Kellogg Brown and Root for support of the Armed Forces œ Particular focus is on Construction projects, SOWfs, SOPfs, ACLfs and LOTDfs while also performing audits and inspections on other services provided for the Army.

Conducted inspection activities in support of Plant One machine shop, by performing product verifications per Quality Assessment Inspections (QAI), engineering drawings, and other requirements œ Identified, documented and entered all Non Conforming Records (NCR) into the electronic NCR system per QAI œ Interfaced with production control, engineering, and production personnel on a daily basis œ Performed process audits to documented plans œ Generated documentation to support Dimension Material Statistics (DMS) œ Performed random inspections within the machine shop in support of Plant One receiving inspection to ensure 100% quality service in support of fabrication inspection œ Performed gSelfh Audits per QAI.
· Successfully completed training available to improve on skills and overall job performance to include: P3E/Time and Attendance; GD & T
Training to improve lot buyoff and CMM inspections; Lifting Safety.
· Received $500 cash reward for presenting and IOR that was utilized to improve the NCR system.

Successfully performed inspection of new parts to vendor specification œ Returned defective parts to supplying vendors as necessary œ Communicated with all vendors as well as engineering and warranty to assure correct parts were ordered and received œ Performed spot checks of engines that were packed and ready for shipment to assure proper gasket kits and information were installed œ Worked with purchasing to locate new vendors for supply of parts œ Worked on task force to update process books for all workstations. Was instrumental in developing Quality Assurance process books for QS 9000 certification.
