Objective:
To obtain a position as mechanical design / piping design Engineer
Experience:
· Prepared the Piping, Valves and Equipment Material Specification.
· Prepared the Area wise Piping General Arrangement drawing, Equipment Layouts, Nozzle Orientation and support schedule.
· Prepared the piping Isometric & vessel trim with Bill of material.
· Prepared the Material Requisition for Valves & Piping items for Procurement Action.
· Squad checking of the other discipline drawings.
· Co-ordination with other discipline and project site for successful completion of the project.
· Prepared Valve List and Piping Line list.
· Site Visits for troubleshooting.
· Technically Evaluating Vendor offer for Material Handling equipment, Valves, Strainers, Agitators etc.
· Prepared design calculation for Pressure vessel using National / International code.
· Prepared design calculation for Large / small diameter Tank using National / International code.
· Prepared Bill of material with specification for Site fabricated storage tanks.
· Prepared Material Requisition, Data sheet and Specification for bought out items such as Hoists, Chain pulley block, Cranes etc.
· Developed & checked Fabrication Drawing for Pressure Vessel & Tank.
· Checked Vendor drawing & Package item Scope, Specification, Data sheet, Drawings.

· Experience in Common Effluent Treatment Plant & Waste Water Treatment Plant for Refineries.
· Experience in ETP, Water Injection Plant for Group Gathering system.
· Experience in Quenching system of CPP, Kaldo Gas Cleaning system for Copper Smelter Project.
· Experience in Incinerator Plant for Pharmaceutical company.
· Developed Standard Excel based Worksheet for Design Calculation of Pressure Vessel & Storage Tanks.
· Developed Standard Excel based Worksheet for Tender Costing of Mechanical equipment and Piping.
· Developed Standard Excel based Worksheet for Design & estimation of Pressure Vessel, Shop fabricated Tank & Site Fabricated Tank.
