Production Planning & Control
„Ï Heading the complete production operations with a view to bring efficiency in production and ensure accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
„Ï Managing overall operations of smelter, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.
„Ï Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualising need-based training programs to facilitate smooth production operations.
Process Engineering & Improvement
