Deputy Sheriff - Alamance County Sheriff's Department - August 2000 - June 2007
While employed at the Alamance County Sheriff's Department, I served as a Criminal Investigator, patrol Officer, Bailiff, and a Transportation Officer. As an Investigator, I was responsible for conducting investigations of crimes, up to and including First Degree Murder. My duties included managing investigations, maintaining orderly case files, interviewing and interrogating suspects to obtain confessions, bringing criminal charges, and testifying before the District Court, Superior Court, and the Grand Jury.
