Objective: To attain the position of SR. Analyst II (Business Analyst II) where I can utilize my Project Management, trouble-shooting and Crystal Reports skills.
Experience: Senior Analyst II
Responsible for Microsoft ACCESS database design, implementation, training and maintenance, evaluation and designing of all report requests from end-users (Crystal v8.5), month end reporting processes and documentation, government file extracts and implementing Electronic Remittances (835’s) for Patient Financial Services. Served as Project Manager responsible as primary point of contact for all customer and vendor activity related to implementation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of materials management software, the interfaces between the materials management system and financial systems, along with maintenance and set up/design of payroll tracking system.
