Experience: Sr. Payroll Specialist Responsible for day to day payroll processing & payroll audit controls, & ensure paychecks are accurate & on-time, complete/review manual payroll checks & print out all payroll reports. Responsible for tracking employee attendance, hours, & reviewing daily reports for accuracy, ensure all garnishments & child support deductions have been deducted properly. Review & ensure accuracy of all manual checks, keep current records relating to manual checks in a log & also maintain check register in excel. Input manual checks & voids into payroll system (Structure), A/P & A/R. Responsible for processing new hires & terminations in computer, maintaining employee files, & ability to meet payroll processing deadlines, & also balance union dues/deductions & send dues report & payment to union on a monthly basis. Ability to work independently & have working knowledge of the fair labor standards act & other state & federal laws & regulations as they apply to payroll procedures & policies. PBX Operator Ability to operate a PBX console with 40+ incoming calls & schedule appointments. Greet and process any admitting paper work for all patients. Ability to communicate effectively in person & over the phone & responsible for transferring all incoming calls to appropriate department or patient rooms. Ability to multi-task in order to assist with various projects assigned. Ability to manage & use a two-way radio to communicate any maintenance issues to other staff members. Call Center Rep Responsible for all outgoing & incoming calls to field operations for all products. Ability to work in fast paced, highpressure environment. Process & except payments & assist customers with any other customer service needs. Responsible for answering all incoming e-mails (MS Outlook) sent to customer support & for processing orders into AS400. Responsible to maintain client retention.
