Experience: Over 25 years of working as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Experienced in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics. Tier 1 automotive: ABB robotics, water jet cutting, laser cutting and scoring, negative vacuum forming, sonic welders, automated manufacturing equipment. Injection molding maching maintenance and repair. Allen Bradley PLC's-maintenance and trouble shooting. 480v 3ph. repair and installation. 24v-120v control systems. able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Motor control systems. Use test instruments and meters. Preventative maintenance and documentation of equipment. Parts ordering and inventory. AC-DC drives. Conveyor and packaging equipment.
