• Coordinated the provisioning of 232 users throughout ATSCOM, deleting 52 users no longer at Ft Rucker
• Orchestrated the establishment of Virtual Privacy Network connectivity between Fort Rucker, AL, and Kirtland AFB, NM, connecting unit with other Air Force agencies.
• Maintained reliability of 50 Air Force workstations, 4 network servers, and software valued at $150K+.
• Created time card input to automatically appear, ending numerous calls, used by employees around the globe!

• Controlled a $25K International Merchant Purchase Authorization Card for multiple offices.
• Performed multitude of tasks to ensure Commander's support staff functioned effectively.
