Objective:

Experience:
Collaborated with product sales and design staff to suit product capability and testing.Designed and developed new tooling. Made modifications and adjustments to accommodate new products. Planned and managed annual plant maintenance shut downs maintaining schedule to reopen plant. Performed machinery and systems evaluations to make recommendations to re design or retrofit systems to increase efficiency and output. Sourced materials and services related to facilities and equipment maintenance including material handling equipment and company motor vehicles. Managed all aspects of repairs and maintenance including scheduled and non routine trouble shooting of manufacturing equipment. Ordered and maintained spare parts inventory to support manufacturing maintenance as well as facilities.Directed complete machine fabrication shop including tool, die and custom piece work. Supervised staff consisting of machinists welder fabricators, and maintenance mechanics.Administer training for existing and new employees. Present periodic safety and related training programs.
