Objective:
I have an incredible drive to get the task at hand done well and correctly. I enjoy completing a job knowing that it has been done to the best of my abilities. I am well equip to deal with people on a personal and professional level which helps me tremendously in a managerial position. I have successfully run a non-profit day care and preschool, Noah's Ark, for the last seven years and it was one of the most fulfilling jobs I have ever had. I was responsible for the day to day operations, budgets, eight employees, client relations, meeting state standards for child care centers, daily curriculum, and hands on care to over thirty children ranging in age from six weeks to six years. I very much enjoy working with people and I am more than happy to stay until the job gets done. At the same time I taught several different styles of dance to over sixty students ranging in age from ninth grade to twelfth grade. It was a wonderful experience watching my students grow and learn in such a short time. It helped me learn the importance and necessity of time management and multi-tasking of which I am now proficient.
