Objective: I have an incredible drive to get the task at hand done well and correctly. I enjoy completing a job knowing that it has been done to the best of my abilities. I am well equip to deal with people on a personal and professional level which helps me tremendously in a managerial position. I have successfully run a non-profit day care and preschool, Noah's Ark, for the last seven years and it was one of the most fulfilling jobs I have ever had. I was responsible for the day to day operations, budgets, eight employees, client relations, meeting state standards for child care centers, daily curriculum, and hands on care to over thirty children ranging in age from six weeks to six years. I very much enjoy working with people and I am more than happy to stay until the job gets done. At the same time I taught several different styles of dance to over sixty students ranging in age from ninth grade to twelfth grade. It was a wonderful experience watching my students grow and learn in such a short time. It helped me learn the importance and necessity of time management and multi-tasking of which I am now proficient.

Manager; Noah's Ark Daycare and Preschool Judge Memorial Catholic High School in 1100 East 650 South, Salt Lake City, Utah August 1999 to August 2007 • Managing up to eight employees which included staffing, payroll, scheduling, evaluations, etc. • Day to Day operations which included all clerical duties, planning a curriculum, maintaining supplies, handing daily issues and concerns with clients and/or staff, maintaining all state rules and regulations regarding child care centers, etc. • Hands on care for over thirty children which included feeding, hygeine, activities, one on one time with each child,maintaining the health, happiness and overall well-being of each child, etc. • Client relations which included recruiting, billing and payments, parent/teacher conferences, fund-raising, etc., planning and running parent and board meetings, etc.
Dance instructor; Artistic Director Judge Memorial Catholic High School in 1100 East 650 South, SLC, Utah August 1992 to August 2007 • I taught cotemporary dance to students ranging in age from ninth grade to twelfth grade which included choreography, leadership, hours of practice, etc. • I taught couples style dance to an average of thirty high school students each year which included choreography, early morning rehearsal directing, crowd control, etc. • I was one of three artistic directors for the high school's spring dance concert which included try-outs for over one hundred students, rehearsal directing, costume design, set design, choreography, teen leadership in a Catholic setting, ticket sales, fund-raising, scheduling, advertising, etc.
