In 2001 I founded this mortgage company with a non working partner. As working partner I was responsible for the day to day operation of the business. This included hiring, firing, general accounting, sales, processing, loan placement and lender relationships, just to name a few responsiblites.
I was involved from day one with incorporating, state licensing, signing with lenders and building relationships with third party venders.

Over saw the used car department for a medium sized Chevrolet Dealership. This job included the appraisal of trade in vehicles, purchasing of inventory through wholesale vendors and auctions, inventory control, managing the sales staff.
The position made me responsible for all areas of the used car department of the dealership. I had to make sure the department ran at a profit. Also I was responsible for monthly forecasting of the department and then I had to make sure the hit or surpassed the forecasts.
