Objective: Seeking full-time Technical Design position utilizing my Technical design work experience, computer skills and extensive education.
Experience: Employed for 1 year at Abercrombie & Fitch as Assistant Technical Designer for Hollister Men's Knit Tops. While at A&F: Created and updated Technical packages via WebPDM utilizing Micrografx Designer; Collaborated w/Design & Merchant teams to ensure fit & quality of garments met; Daily correspondence w/domestic & non-domestic vendors; Created quality assurance checklist for X-mas season garments; Coordinated daily fit sessions w/Snr Tech Designer, Merchants, Designers and fit model(s); Organized & maintained garment samples for department; Assisted in final producation approval of garments...In addition, I was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for CAD & PDM courses while in college. As a Teaching Assistant, I aided the students in successfully completing course assignments and projects.
