Experience: 2/2004 - Present Lead Sourcing Consultant - Project Manager (Confidential) Atlanta/Georgia • My employer is a human capital management program office for contract staffing which includes a propitiatory software and a staffed program office that provides vendor neutral support to the hiring managers, onsite resources and preferred vendors to our client • As a lead sourcing consultant my role includes complete support of my assigned managers¡¦ related activities: hiring, firing, resource management, reporting and financial distribution of projects for contract resources. o Review the managers requirements with them for accuracy and clarity, release the requirements to the 19 preferred staff augmentation -- Insure requirements had been approved through the Vice President level and had appropriate funding documentation. o Evaluating resumes submitted through the tool by supplier representatives versus the open requirements, either decline candidates with detailed rationale or submit onto manager. Preventing vendors from having -- Reviewing the rate of submitted contractors against rate card o Negotiate rates with staff augmentation suppliers to meet within specified guidelines or managers needs. -- Negotiation and validation of rate increase requests • Provide support to contractors, supplier representatives, hiring managers, and other designated employees • Monitor current vendors and new vendors for compliance to insurance requirements and agreement addendums • Coordinated first Technology Group vendor expo thus giving suppliers the opportunity to interact with hiring managers for the purpose of promoting understanding of managers¡¦ needs and environment. o Including meeting coordination with intellectual property group and supply chain organization to review code of conduct for suppliers at event and marketing materials. • Creation of users guides for hiring managers and contractors for specific functions within the software tool. • Mentoring designated suppliers to better understand the environment, policies, technologies and chimes processes o Including preparation and establishment of score carding metrics to measure performance of vendors • As a program manager for the Disaster services organization my role has been to: o Manage the entire process of implementation including requirements gathering with customer, making recommendations to internal development team on system design, creation of a statement of work and contract addendum. o Creation of an internal audit documentation, external users guides and process flow documentation. o Manage the vetting process for the Disaster Service vendors who utilize the system. Created, updated and maintained candidate database (Access) with latest resumes and contact information, as well as documentation of all interactions with candidates, current contractors, and hiring managers. ? Creating Profit and Loss statement for my earning and defending it to my regional superiors within the corporation quarterly.
