Experience: San Diego Services, Inc. 9/2003 – 11/2003 Senior Lead Technician 11/2003 – 7/2004 Facilities Supervisor 7/2004 - PRESENT Project Manager, Facilities *Planned and directed day-to-day maintenance operations, including determining needed repairs and improvements, establishing project priorities, assigning work tasks, and scheduling work to most effectively meet the needs of the client. 3/2002–9/2003 S.P. Industries, Inc. San Diego, CA Regional Field Service & Support Manager – West *Manage all technical and administrative aspects of initial start up and productive, cost-efficient operation of western regional service and support of customers west of the Mississippi; such as Isis, Bayer, Idec, Pfizer, Baxter, Idun and Eli Lilly; in support of three OEM manufacturing divisions providing capital equipment (cascade refrigeration, environmental simulation rooms/chambers, lyophilizers) to pharmaceutical industry used in R&D and up-scale manufacturing processes.
10/1999–03/2002 Kinetics Thermal Systems Inc. San Diego, CA Regional Field Service & Support Manager – West *Solely responsible for satellite service office located in Milpitas, CA which handled all inquiries and service requests for all customers, such as Intel, Motorola, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Bayer with locations within the western region from initial correspondence to scheduling and performing any needed service.

San Diego, CA Facilities Engineer *Responsible for proper maintenance and operation of all HVAC/R (Over 60 units / gas packs and heat pumps (Trane and Carrier) between 2 and 20 tons) for 3 separate buildings. *Responsible proper maintenance and operation of all lyophilizers (Freeze dryers), cascade systems, ultra lows and dehumidification units for process dry rooms (>0.5% R.H.) Munters Dehumidifiers.
