Experience:
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
Managed and supervised operational and support staffs of up to 100 personnel. Conducted employee interviews and performance counseling which improved understanding of and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

Introduced a comprehensive Security Assistance Program (Foreign Military Sales) for a Department of Defense Combatant Commander in Southwest Asia. Implemented a program that improved the defense posture of a former Soviet Republic (Kazakhstan). Supervised 3 personnel. Worked extensively with the Ministry of Defense Military Staff.

Developed School Improvement policy guidelines for a Middle School of a population of 80 teachers and 1500 students.

Directed and implemented a School Improvement Plan. The plan provided the impetus for enhanced productivity and accountability for school improvement.


ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Served as Senior Logistics Advisor / Mentor to the Afghan National Army (ANA), General Staff, Chief of Logistics (Kabul, Afghanistan). Provided and assisted the Chief of Logistics in the development/implementation of Transportation, Maintenance, Ammunition and Supply Management Programs necessary to the sustainment of the National Army. Wrote and implemented the ANA Maintenance Management Program through Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). Assisted in the critical analysis of the Combat Service Support Battalions necessary for future sustainment. Additionally provided assistance to the G4 Logistics' Cell staff at the National Military Command Center (NMCC). Monitored the daily logistical input to the Senior General Staff Briefings. Assisted in the development of the Combat Service Support Battalion and above Corps TOEs necessary for the rebuilding of a National Army. Assisted in the writing of the Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan’s (CSTC-A) Campaign Plan, MoD/GS Development Plan and the Afghan National Army Fielding Plan Annexes. Developed Annual Work Plans in support of the Statement of Work. Served as Working Group Facilitator in support of the Quarterly contractual Senior Leaders Seminars. Additionally, served as assistant Logistics Director, MoD/GS Team Leader supervising 12 personnel.

Served as CENTCOM Operations Desk Officer, Operations Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom, for the HQDA, Army Operations Center. Provided detailed and analytical operations reports and logistical summaries/assessments as to the tactical situation in Afghanistan and Iraq. Facilitated the preparation of the daily Army Senior Leadership Briefing. Provided analysis to the Request for Forces process as to the availability of units to meet the needs of the Theater of Operation commanders.

Served as Program Manager, Security Assistance Office, U.S. Embassy Kazakhstan, supervised the implementation of Foreign Military Sales as part of the Security Assistance Program for the Ministry of Defense, Kazakhstan. The program consisted of developing a needs statement based on the short and long range goals as established by the Country of Kazakhstan and the U.S. Government. Conducted operational assessments of military units. Implemented the Educational Programs to ensure a smooth transition to U.S. policies and procedures. Briefed the U.S. Ambassador on a weekly basis. Supervised 2 personnel.

Served as Senior Analyst for Plans and Logistical Operations division for a Corps Headquarters. Supervised the deployment/redeployment of units and individual personnel in support of Operation Joint Guard (Bosnia).Conducted day to day and future logistical operations supporting a Corps headquarters. Supervised 10 personnel.
