I have 10+ years help desk experience, 20 years of PC troubleshooting, upgrade and repair experience, all skills needed in the IT industry.
I’ve used GHOST to image multiple and single Dell, and IBM ThinkPad laptop PC's. I have specific experience with using Remedy, Altiris, Numara Track-It! and Deploy, Symantec AntiVirus, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2003, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP. My success as a Help Desk Coordinator, IT Specialist, Network Administrator, and System Administrator, with excellent communication skills and getting the job done on time will benefit your organization.
I was one of 4 administrators supporting approximately 300 HP OpenView software developers, using, Windows 98, NT 4, 2000, and XP systems.
