Objective:
I'm looking for an active job with responsibility in Translation/Teaching.
I'm a very motivated and dynamic person with high ambitions and determination and a real passion for cultural diversity, languages, exchange…

I have project management, team leading, translation and revision/proofreading experience.

I also have management, teaching, course/class preparation, coaching and recruitment experience as I've been managing and working as a language teacher (French, English and German) in my own language school in Iran. I've been teaching children and adults of all ages and levels.

I'm a fast learner and I'm always willing to acquire even more skills and experience.

Currently, as a Translator/Reviser and Project Leader in a Translation Agency in Moncton, Canada, I'm translating/revising a large amount of texts and I'm the person in charge of some projects of various sizes and natures. I'm revising texts done by in-house translators as well as by freelancers. I'm dealing with the Translation Department Coordinator, the Translation Services Director and Project Managers. I also train new/junior translators and write translation quality reports. I'm very much engaged in my job, very flexible and multi-skilled. Therefore, I also have experience and knowledge of different fields. I am translating a lot of financial, environmental, statistical, educational and computing/IT texts among other areas.

Through my experience there and also as a Teacher and Manager of my own language institute in Iran, I have built on my communication, analysis, writing and organization skills.

I have critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills and very good computing skills (Microsoft Office/Internet).

My native language is French and I'm fluent in English. I also speak German and know some Spanish and Dutch. French and English are my everyday languages.
