Objective:
Obtain a position that leverages my Master of Arts degree in Organizational Administration, MBA and my 15 years of reporting / data management experience. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Cultural Analysis and Assessment – Training and Facilitation
• Identified and improved group dynamics and performance. Facilitated an assessment using Cameron and Quinn’s competing values framework and the Organizational Cultural Assessment Instrument (OACI).
• Increased the use of On Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) tools and decreased ad-hoc report requests by leveraging and understanding data relationships as well as a proficiency in manipulating OLAP tools to mine data solutions.
• Designed and delivered training, increasing reliability and accuracy.

Process Redesign
• Mediated conflict between development and the end-user community.
• Facilitated a process to reduce re-work and improve work flow.
• Recovered in excess of 100 hours per week in development productivity.
• Proved the need to redesign an existing process.

Self Employed 2007 -
Organizational Development Consultant
Partnered with the Department of Music at the Culture House in Olathe Kansas, to assess communication flow, resource needs and network structure; resulting in a new scheduling structure, process flow for new music scores and a diagram of the existing network. Descriptions and postings for two internships were also created as a way of solving resource needs.

Data Base Analyst I (2004-2006)
(Acting manager, early 2004)
Ensure that programs in production complete as scheduled, data is collected processed and reports are generated daily to all call center locations world wide. Provide assistance in detecting, reporting and correcting all process errors.

Process Analyst and Table Administrator(2002-2003) (Acting manager, late 2003) Develop and analyze processes related to the reporting of sales results. Identify, create and maintain reference tables in support of reporting processes.

Project Lead and Supervisor (2002)
Defined operational data requirements and processes needed to support Finance, Marketing and Sales with ad-hoc reports developed using SAS software.

Sr. Financial Analyst (Reporting Analyst) (1995-2002)
Maintained and validated data collection and reporting processes, completed ad-hoc reporting and data requests as needed using SAS software, SQL and AS400 query tools. Built relationships with call center, vendor managers, finance as well as marketing contacts.

Sales associate / Marketing intern (1991-1995)
Met and exceed all sales goals and partnered with Marketing to evaluate and test lead sources. Participate and later facilitated a process reengineering session leading to discover and changes to the USAA Membercard campaign.
