• MCSE, CCNA with over 11 years of progressive experience as a Windows System Administration, Network Engineer, Network Administration, Helpdesk, Technical Support and in customer / end user support.
• Significant experience in identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting technical service requests.
• Experience in Administration, troubleshooting and support of single domain with 100+ users.
• Experience in Installing and configuring Computers, Peripherals, Operating Systems and software.
• Excellent skills in desktop, technical support, Helpdesk, (Remedy etc.) virus updates, security updates, service pack updates, registry editing, automating tasks using, batch scripts.
