Objective:
To work in a clinical capacity as a clinical engineer or analyst
Experience:
01/05-Present Kaiser Permanente. Senior Clinical Systems Outpatient Analyst/Project Manager.
Accountable for the supervision of the Data Support Team, including work schedules and issuing of responsibilities.
Use of reporting tool to alert upper management of current practices.
Responsible for collaborating with Deployment Lead and Training Lead on current activities in Support Room.
Design and develop support plans and support strategies with key stakeholders before implementation and deployment of application.
Develop data collection toolkits to upload user profiles into new KPHC database.
Train support team on the outpatient application and telephone protocols
Assist in resolution of workflow, user settings, equipment, and security issues;
Communicate across multi-departmental lines to effectively deploy HealthConnect;
Design, deploy and provide preparation activities for HealthConnect deployment.
Provide quality technical support to end-users (i.e. providers, staff, and administrators, etc) while including professional interpersonal skills.
Manage issues log database.
Complete and report statistical evaluations and tracking methodology for all issues to management team.
Established and parenting Telephone Support plan, development, and deployment.
Lead Help Desk activities; manage 5 support analysts for 10,000 users.
Provide application training to end-users.
