Objective:
My desire is to find a new opportunity that puts me back into hands on position at a management level where I will have direct involvement with daily activities. I have found that this is where I'm the most challenged, effective and happy. As you can see from my resume the listed results were achieved by understanding a company's culture, desires, financial means and needs to develop a combination of data system enhancements that supported the physical changes that took place to produce the listed results. I look at these opportunities as a large puzzle, when you put all the pieces together it will be clear as to the direction to take to produce the desired results. Each puzzle is different and you will error if you try and apply all principles from one application to another. I've treated each experience on its own merits and feel that is why I have been able to produce the type of results you see defined in my documentation. I look forward to a discussion on how I can adapt my skills and experience to meet your needs.
