Wrote and published a machine description manual. Involved in the training of Quality Assurance procedures, including parts inspection and the maintenance of all curvic controls. Developed and ground the first 2.300 convex 40 degree pressure angle curvic for Sundstrand on the converted model #19 Gleason curvic grinder, resulting in bringing the process in from out of state.
